Immediately following the check out process, a download button or an e-mail link for downloading the products will be available to you for 24 hours. For consulting services, the appointment will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time as soon as payment is received. Transactions in US$ All prices are in US $ and credit card charges will reflect that currency. Refund/Cancellation Policy The refund/cancellation policy varies by type of sale. See the details below. 3P Formula instruments and feedback                                                                                  Once your credit card has been approved and you have entered your password into the testing center web site, no refunds can be given for the testing instruments.  If you decide you do not want the services provided by purchasing the 3P Formula online after entering the password but before one-on-one feedback is conducted, we will refund you $100 for the cost of the feedback. Consulting Arrangements A full credit is available to be applied toward future work for any cancellations or requests to re-schedule 48 hours prior to the appointment. A minimum charge of 1/2 the scheduled time will be charged for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. Electronic Testing Instruments All instruments used in compiling your overall results are non-refundable.  This means that once you enter the password to enter the testing center you have used the product.  If you do not enter the password and wish not to take the tests you will not be charged and a full refund will be given. Physical Products Refunds are available for any products returned in saleable condition within 30 days. Any return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Speaking Arrangements Since cancellation causes an irreplaceable loss of income to the speaker, any cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled date will be considered purchased service, for which payment is due in full. Under no circumstances is the deposit amount required to save the date refunded. This amount, however, can be transferred to another speaking engagement.
