We use three testing instruments to help develop your 3P Formula. These instruments are interpreted by our career coaches and consultants and feedback is given to you via phone during one-on-one sessions. All of our consultants are certified to give and interpret these instruments because they have spent years helping individuals and groups from Fortune 500 companies to kids in college. All of our coaches and consultants have a masters degree or higher level of education in fields of study related to career consulting.
